Siggi’s epic “to Valhalla” Pre-Tour

A Pre-tour is a great opportunity for the guests to experience a country a bit differently then a normal tourist. Iceland is no ordinary country to visit for what adventures can be taken and seen from a new perspective. Then there is a Pre-Tour hosted by our very own Siggi the Viking. On our Siggis trip to VALHALLA be ready for a fantastic Icelandic adventure, exploring the mesmerizing glaciers, followed by a visit to the famous black sand beach in Vik to witness its unique beauty. Then, head to the majestic waterfalls like Seljalandsfoss and Skogafoss for some awe-inspiring views. Cap off your day with a visit to the stunning glaciers for a truly unforgettable experience! Enjoy every moment of your Icelandic journey!

So what are you waiting for? Ready for a pre-tour that will leave you with a lifetime of memories and a new set of lifelong close friends.  50 spots are available and the fee will cover the bus, all the pre-tour spots and tours, accommodation, most meals and some drinks. If there is left over money we will invest it in drinks and simply more fun. 

Monday October 14th
We start by early by doing a relaxing and simple exploring our capitol city Reykjavik, the capitol area, and the southern peninsula. After this day you will know the area by heart and know a bit more about the southern peninsula which currently is seismically active and full of surprises.

Whether you choose to travel to Reykjavik on the Monday itself or are already in town before Monday it’s up to you. We will pick you up from the airport that Monday and drive you to the location where the group will be at that time. We stay at a downtown Reykjavik hotel for the night and make the most of the evening.

Tuesday October 15th
Early morning we will make our way from the capitol area and drive along the south. We will stop at majestic waterfalls like Seljalandsfoss and Skógarfoss for some awe-inspiring views. Explore the black beaches at Vík to witness it’s unique beauty and cap of the day visiting stunning glaciers for a truly unforgettable experience. We will stay the night close to Jökulsárlón and have dinner and drinks and take in the scenic location.

Wednesday October 16th
On our third day we make our way towards Egilsstaðir where we meet tablers from Round Table club 9 and 16. We will take a refreshing and relaxing swim at Vök, the natural geothermal pool. We close the day with a epic tabler party and stay the night.

Thursday October 17th
All good things come to an end, and we will head towards Svalbarðseyri and Akureyri in time for the Welcome party. But no worries, we still have a lot planned because on the way we will pass Mývatn which is stunning and unique place to visit.
